Audioeclips, L.L.C. agrees to provide Client the products and services described in Item #1 above for the fee quoted. (This contract is valid only if the information entered in Item #1 matches the original quote provided by audioeclips.)

I also agree to pay immediately upon receipt of an invoice any additional expenses authorized by me, the Client, in writing, email or over the telephone, for products, services and/or materials used in the production of the products described in this contract.
